3 STEP PROCESS

REFURBISHMENT

All buses require mid-life refurbishment (typically after 8–10 years) due to corrosion and normal structural wear. This process significantly extends a bus's life at less than half the cost of a new one.

 

During teardown, each component is carefully assessed to determine whether it should be repaired or replaced. With experience across virtually every bus model in North America, MTB brings unmatched expertise in identifying what works, what doesn’t, and what delivers long-term reliability.

We then install the ZEV Clean Power components:
